You'll swim a 1.2-mile protected open water swim through the Choptank River, you'll be thrilled bike through the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, allowing athletes to test their endurance while taking in scenic vistas. Athletes can select from 56 miles on the flat, and Flat bike course and this scenic 70.3 miles takes cyclists from Cambridge through a vast network of rural country roads to finally return back home. The Race is your proving ground to test your triathlon fitness and endurance.
