The Rispoli Coaching System (RCS) is a triathlon, running, cycling and swimming coaching team in Dubai, founded in 2025 by head coach Alessio Rispoli. Every plan is written for the athlete, delivered in TrainingPeaks and updated every week with feedback from the coach, for every level, from a first triathlon to the IRONMAN World Championship.

The Rispoli Coaching System is built on a core belief: an athlete is not just a body to train, but a person to develop. That's why it is built on four pillars, the 4 S's:

Specificity: training that targets your exact needs, races and goals.
Structure: smart planning, periodisation and adjustments driven by data.
Support: from check-ins to race strategy, a coach who is fully present.
Strategy: long-term success through consistent habits and smart planning.

The coaching philosophy combines sports ethics, technical excellence and genuine passion. Because sport is a powerful tool, when guided by vision and intention.

A team that races

RCS athletes race together across the UAE and abroad. In 2026 the team lined up at IRONMAN 70.3 Muscat, two athletes raced the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Nice, and one became the first RCS athlete to qualify for the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, where he raced in October.

Coaching packages

Advanced or Prime, with a 7-day free trial

Every plan is personal: written in TrainingPeaks, updated every week with as many changes as you need, with weekly feedback and support, a monthly performance report, race planning, an online strength and conditioning plan, and nutrition guidance for training and race day.

Advanced: AED 1,050 a month, AED 3,000 a quarter or AED 5,700 for six months. Includes selected RCS group sessions and 15% off RCS training camps.
Prime: AED 2,300 a month, AED 6,450 a quarter or AED 12,300 for six months. Everything in Advanced, plus all RCS group sessions and activities, four 1:1 sessions a month or two sport-specific sessions a week, race briefings and debriefings, equipment support, RCS camps in the UAE included and 25% off camps abroad.

The first 7 days are free, with no upfront payment. There is no long-term commitment: upgrade, downgrade or pause whenever you like.

Group sessions and rides

Train with the team in Dubai

RCS athletes train together: long rides from the Dubai skyline to the top of Jebel Jais, open water swims, runs, and coffee together afterwards.

Advanced athletes join selected group sessions and Prime athletes join them all. The team posts its sessions and its weekend results on Instagram.

Training camps

In the UAE and in Italy

RCS camps put coaching into every session, with a plan in TrainingPeaks, a support car on the rides, open water swim assistance, aid stations and transition practice. Accommodation and meals are not included.

The team has held weekend camps in Khorfakkan, the latest from 23 to 25 October 2026 (AED 550: 15% off for Advanced athletes, free for Prime), and spent a week in Monte Argentario, Tuscany, in June 2026, with open water, hills and long sessions.
