Challenge Salou-Costa Daurada

Challenge Salou is a celebrated middle-distance triathlon held each May on Spain’s Costa Daurada, featuring a 1.9 km swim in the calm Mediterranean, a fast, flat 90 km bike on mostly closed roads, and a 21 km run along lively, palm-lined boulevards. It attracts athletes from around the world with options for short and relay distances, a festive race weekend with family-friendly events, and the chance to enjoy golden beaches and vibrant local support, perfect for PBs or a memorable destination race.

The official race hotel is Hotel Blaumar, just metres from the race village and super convenient for race morning. There is also a host of other accommodation throughout Salou, from luxury apartments to budget hotels and everything in between.
