1. Get fit your way – we offer Running, Spinning, HIIT and Yoga. Do one or try a couple of them

2. Bring your family and friends. Cigna Run and Fitness is designed for all ages. Whether you’re 8, 80, or somewhere in between, there’s something for everyone.

3. Go at your own pace. As exercise has many health benefits, everybody wins!

4. Collect your CIGNA t-shirt at Check In before the event starts.
