The IRONSTAR SUPERMIX ZAVIDOVO 2026 competition is a unique format in Russian triathlon. It is a mix of two distances: 1/4 and 1/8 of the "iron" distance.
On August 30, we invite you to the IRONSTAR SUPERMIX triathlon competition in Zavidovo.
IRONSTAR is the largest triathlon series in Russia. Every year, about 10 thousand athletes start in unique locations, test their strength, travel to interesting places and get charged with the energy of new achievements.

LOCATION
Zavidovo is a protected area in the Tver region with unique nature. According to UNESCO, this is one of the most ecologically clean places on the planet, where a European-level resort is combined with the natural beauty of country life.
Zavidovo has convenient logistics. The resort is located 130 km fr om Moscow. You can come to the start and return back in one day. Or stay in comfortable rooms of hotel complexes and enjoy an unforgettable vacation.
STARTING POINT
The starting town and EXPO zone are located at the following address: Tverskaya Oblast, Varaksino village, Tverskoy Boulevard, 2. The square near the Radisson Resort, Zavidovo.
Swimming in the clear waters of the Doibitsa River. Cycling along the picturesque trails of the Yamskoy Forest Nature Park. Running along the trails in the vicinity of the Zavidovo resort.
IRONSTAR SUPERMIX is a mix of 1/4 and 1/8 of the “iron” distance. The participant first covers 1/4, then 1/8. The rest period between distances is up to 2 hours, depending on the finish time at the first stage. The result is assessed by the time it takes to complete both distances.
STAGE 1 — 1/4
Swimming 1 km: 40 minutes
Swimming 1 km + T1 + cycling 41 km: 2 hours 50 minutes
Total limit (swimming + T1 + cycling + T2 + running): 4 hours 20 minutes fr om the start
STAGE 2 — 1/8
Swimming 0.5 km: 20 minutes
Swimming 0.5 km + T1 + cycling 22 km: 1 hour 20 minutes
Total lim it (swimming + T1 + cycling + T2 + running): 2 hours 05 minutes from the start
