MANSTAR MINSK 2026

MANSTAR is a men's race, which is held on the eve of the IRONSTAR triathlon competition. The distance is 5 km. The race will be a perfect repetition before triathlon race also it's great opportunity to set a personal sport record.

IRONSTAR MINSK 2025 is a new adventure where everyone will find a race to their liking!

A fusion festival: we have combined the best of Russia and Belarus. You will enjoy an exciting journey and a dynamic race.

Minsk is the largest city in Belarus, clean, cozy, with a European flair, a city where you want to return again and again. There is something to see and where to eat deliciously — try traditional draniki or taste Greek-Israeli dishes with the sounds of vinyl records in a bar.

The organization and holding of the competition is carried out jointly with BelStar Company LLC.

MANSTAR is a new race format within the IRONSTAR festival. A 5 km race for real men.

The race is suitable both as a warm-up before a triathlon and as an independent competition.

MANSTAR is a great start to your sports journey or its continuation to set a speed record.

Young men fr om 14 years old are allowed to participate in the race.

LOCATION

Minsk is a cozy city with a special atmosphere. The capital of the Republic of Belarus amazingly combines Soviet monumental architecture and cozy courtyards, art spaces and huge parks, traditional and world cuisine. The main attractions of the city:

• Independence Square;
• National Library building;
• Catholic Church of Saints Simeon and Helena;
• Trinity Suburb;
• Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater.

ELITE CATEGORY

Elite participants start first in a separate cluster and compete with each other. The remaining participants compete for places in age categories.

AGE GROUPS OF PARTICIPANTS

14 — 19 years old;

20 — 29 years old;

30 — 39 years old;

40 — 49 years old;

50+ years old.

REQUIREMENTS TO DOCUMENTS

To be admitted to the start and receive a starter pack, the ORIGINALS of the following documents are required:

• Passport
• Medical certificate of admission to the competition (more information on the requirements for the certificate and a sample).
• Permission from parents for participants under 18 years of age (print out a sample and fill out the permission in advance to receive the starter pack faster).
• Power of attorney, if the participant has instructed a third party to pick up the starter pack. The recipient must have a full package of documents for admission to the start.

AWARDING

Participants in the following categories will be awarded with commemorative symbols:

Men who took 1-3 places in the Elite category.

Men who took 1-3 places in age groups

All participants who complete the distance will be awarded finisher medals.
