XC5 RACE 1: Hatta Wadi Hub XCTT

Community XC racing returns to the UAE! Welcome to the XC5 set of UAE National MTB races! 

These are the UAE MTB Community organised races, supported by SuperSports, Oakley and UAEMTB with UAE Cycle Federation to provide all the regulation and safety. 

This season 2025/2026 we have 5 seperate races making up the set with progressive courses starting at Hatta Wadi Hub, moving on to Fujairah Adventure Park, Dubai Mushrif Park with the Final at Showka! All courses are intermediate level and flowy tracks for everyone to enjoy - we will be publishing the course maps and videos and organising pre-ride visits on Instagram a few weeks before each race so everyone has plenty of time to pratice on each course. This season, all the races are seperate events (not a series).

For the first race we have a great flowy Time Trial at Hatta Wadi Hub. 3 laps of the 4.2km loop for XC and 4 laps for EMTB category.

A fabulous singletrack course starting a the lakes area with plenty of shade and bathrooms next to the car parking. We will set each rider off in sign up order 1 minute apart. Come and join the whole UAE Mountain Bike Community, along with Wolfis Bike Shop, The CycleHub, Beyond The Bike, Revolution Cycles, Trek Bicycle Store and BikeEra for a fast and exciting morning of racing at Hatta Wadi Hub!

Course practice will be held from 7am on Saturday 25th October for anyone who wants to test the course a few weeks before race day. See our Instagram page and also Premier Online for the course details in Strava.

(All XC categories equal for men’s and ladies and age groups)
