Please note: Online registration ends on Tuesday July 29th. We will have in-person registration on Friday from 2pm-4pm and Saturday from 7am-9am at the race site. For a novice looking for a new challenge or a seasoned veteran looking to match up against the country's best athletes, 2025 XTERRA Portland is the place to test your limits.

Full Distance Triathlon

The main race of the weekend is the XTERRA off-road triathlon, with a 1K swim, followed by a 27.5K bike and finished up with an 8K trail run.

Sprint Triathlon

XTERRA Portland Sprint Triathlon, with its shorter distances and less technical courses, is the ideal off-road triathlon race for first timers, young guns and those who are looking to go fast and finish quick. This event will be the XTERRA Youth Championship qualifier for all Youth Divisions.

Super Sprint Triathlon

Interested in triathlon, but not sure if you're up to it? Or just looking for some quick, short distance excitement? Then the XTERRA Super Sprint triathlon is the one for you. This is also a great race for youth athletes ages 8 and up who want to give it a go. All those 12 and under have an entry fee of $25 and will have a separate start wave.
