Himam Adventure is Oman’s premier trail running and adventure sports organization, dedicated to challenging limits and celebrating the spirit of endurance. Founded with a vision to bring world-class trail experiences to the rugged beauty of the Sultanate, we organize high-profile, internationally recognized races that draw elite athletes and adventure seekers from across the globe.

At the heart of our work is the annual Himam Trail Run Race, a multi-distance ultra trail event held in the breathtaking Al Hajar Mountains. From technical ultra routes to scenic sprint courses, our races are officially certified by the International Trail Running Association (ITRA) and contribute to athletes’ UTMB Index, making Himam Adventure a key player on the global trail running calendar.

We are proud to host runners from over 60 nationalities and provide a platform that blends physical challenge with Omani cultural immersion. With a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and hospitality, Himam Adventure ensures each participant’s journey—from registration to the finish line—is unforgettable.

Whether you're a first-time trail runner or a seasoned ultra athlete, Himam Adventure invites you to push your boundaries, explore Oman’s most dramatic landscapes, and be part of a growing community that runs with purpose.
