Set along the sun-soaked coastline of Sri Lanka’s capital, there is nothing quite like racing in the tropics at IRONMAN 70.3 Colombo.
From the moment you arrive to the buzz of the city, the warmth of the ocean breeze and the rhythm of island life, you’ll know this race is something special. The course is built for speed and spectacle, with passionate local support and an atmosphere that builds all week.
Begin with a sunrise swim in warm, calm waters. Ride a fully closed coastal highway with sweeping ocean views and vibrant city energy. Finish with a flat and fast run through the heart of Colombo where cheering supporters bring every step to life.
This is where culture meets competition and where global athletes come together in pursuit of their next great finish.
